Pakistani Christian leaders cheated Christians not Christian community

God bless you sir , I was very happy to read the letter of my sister Shabana in Pakistan Christian Post . She has asked the Pakistani Christian to stand up for their rights . I appreciate her thoughts and feelings , and love for the Christian community . I would like to tell her that , The Christian of Pakistan has rose their voice against discriminate laws . When in 1970 the government took over control the School and colleges . There was pros test in Rawalpindi and some Christian were killed and injured . This movement was killed by the government . That movement was lead by the Pakistan Masihi league . Some leaders were arrested . One of the famous name I remember Professor Salmat Akhtar was one of them . I regard the leaders and protesters of that time . When in the regime of Mr. Zia -ul -Haq . the Church in Rahimyar Khan was burnt . The Christian of all over the Pakistan rose their voice against it . That time I was student in Khushpura . All our Christian students were thinking about it . There was movement started . Step by Step it took the shape of Pakistan Christian Liberation Front Pakistan . When on August 11th 1994 , We called a rally in Islamabad against discriminate laws . There were Christian from Peshawar to Karachi . After this rally, We called again a rally in Islamabad . The local people took part . This rally was finished in Abab- Para Chowk Islamabad . Miss Nihahad Khan took the memorandum . We have been protesting in Lahore and Faisalabad . All the conscious people know very well that time Christian took part warmly in every protests . Now the behave of the Christian has changed. Christian did not cheat the leadership . Some how leadership has cheated the Christian . This change is very amazing . This true now the people do not accept the leadership . There is no mistake of Christian . There is mistake of leadership . The leadership could not collect the people properly . This community is not aimless . This community is resourceles . I hope that this community will take their share one day . From Johnson Joseph Pakistan.
