There are many small Catholic business people in the parish that looks forward the churchs support by way of small businesses from the churches, educational institutions etc. There is a need for Catholic churches and the institutions to encourage our own Catholic business people and give them the necessary businesses so that these parishes can help our Catholic community. This will also include all types of businesses like auto-rickshaw drivers, taxi drivers, plumbers, masons, painters, carpenters, caterers etc. This will help in curbing the unemployment among the Catholics within parishes. The parishes could also look into publishing Parish directories where information of the parishioners and their businesses could be made available to the people who can avail of the services of the parishioners.
