My name is Peter Velle. In 2001 I converted to Islam. Soon I came up in the radical Islamic environment of Antwerp (Belgium). Its successor, the organization ‘People Against Islam‘, warns again for these Muslim extremists. The Pakistani mosque Khatim-Al-Anbia of imam Abdul Hameed in the Oranjestraat is and remains a hotbed of Muslim extremism that has links to Al Qaeda linked terror organizations such as Lashkar-e-Toiba, Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan and Tablighi Jamaat. In recent years, several Pakistani extremists visit the mosque in Antwerp. Fazlur Rehman, Azam Tariq and Sami-ul-Haq are the most important among them. From the Antwerp mosque Khatim-Al-Anbia travel annually dozens of young people to the Pakistani koranic school 'Darul Uloom Haqqania’ for a mental and physical training as part of the 'holy war' against the West. This koranic school is located near Peshawar near the Afghan border, and is known as a learning school for future Taliban fighters. Men from the extremist organization 'Tablighi Jamaat' are also coming frequently to the mosque in Antwerp. This group is officially banned in Germany and is on the blacklist of 'terror organizations'. Some famous Muslim terrorists were active members of Tablighi Jamaat, including 'shoe bomber' Richard Reid and the Belgian suicide terrorist Muriël Degauque.
