I often go to your website and read the interesting and sometimes very sad articles about Pakistani Christians. You guys are doing good job in updating "US" PK Christians in US/Canada/UK through your website, thank you for doing so and I believe that God is going to bless you abundantly for all this work. My heart was saddened to read about incident with Ghazala Shafique at Breton Carey Hostel. Have we ever thought what impression we are giving to our Moslem fellows in our country? Yet we proclaim that Moslems are persecuting us but who are the verdicts in these cases, no other than our own Christian Leaders. Leaders like Bishop Malik, Bishop Sadiq Daniel, and Bishop Albert and countless other are creating very bad image of Christianity among Moslems in Pakistan. All I can see is that Christian mission field is completely corrupted from top to bottom in Pakistan and I feel so sad and sorry for my Christian brothers and sisters who are suffering terribly because of the corrupted leadership. Even here in US/Canada some Pakistani Christians are worst than Christians in Pakistan. Let me give you an example, I know Ghazal Shafiq personally, she along with her husband makes a wonderful Christian Couple and have been serving Lord honestly and faithfully since many years but because of the corrupted leaders what happened to them and when I tried to tell my Pakistani Church in Edmonton Canada and requested them to do something for them, I got these replies from leaders and elders "its a fake story", "we should investigate before we do anything" and some simply refused to do anything, and those who did these things calls themselves millioners, I was shocked to see their reactions. How can we party when some parts of our body are wounded and bleeding! My heart aches for my brothers and sisters who are suffering because of these corrupted and false leaders. Everyday I pray that Lord come soon so we sin no more. I don’t know why I am writing this letter, it will not make any difference in the lives of so-called Christian leaders (Bishops, Pastors) in Pakistan, but I believe the day is coming soon when we all will get the reward of what we are doing now. I just want to share this with all my Christian brothers and sisters worldwide.
