Mr. Kjeka Writes from Norway

By : Kjeka

Find out why my friend Khurram Shahid Malik, whom I met in Bangkok, when he was a participant of a conference, has been rejected permission to come to Norway. Also I feel moved about the many honest letters you have in your guest book. I will write to the Pakistani who has been Christian from the first time he /she wrote in your guest book. I am a 46 years old Christian man with a disability pension. I went to Thailand to try to find a wife. I went back to Norway 22 Dec. and am still single. I wonder if you can pray for me, and perhaps be able to give me some advice if I can find a Christian wife in Pakistan. The doors seemed to be locked for me in Thailand. Also my host says he believes I can have greater chance of becoming happy with a Pakistani wife than a Thai. He has been translating the Old Testament to DII language in Cameroon. Because I have suffered from anxiety caused probably by parents who were not able or willing to give me the safety I needed as a child, I need to be extremely safe before I can take the big risk of marrying. I feel very sad of my condition now here in the countryside of Norway. I live on a farm, without having the protection of a contract with the owner, or his father-in-law who shares the 100 years old insolated house with me. I owe him 15.400 NOK, and am very worried about my mental health, and also ability to endure life in that company until next summer. I have been offered to follow a Muslim who has lived in Norway for about 30 years, who runs the restaurant www.karachi.no to Pakistan. He says I will get free food and transportation, and he is from a place about 2 hours driving from Rawalpindi. I have been very much depressed, and lost most of my motivation to go on living. I had contact with Mr. Thoedsak Akkarasawart in www.jaisamarn.org who let me sleep 14 days in the church. He seems to believe that I am too immature to be able to marry. So now I think he actually has tried to get some Thai Christian women to stay away from me. Although I was crying after a meeting where an Egyptian Christian doctor told that some of you who God has given a heart for Thailand, would cry. I was the first one to cry a for me unusual type of crying. And an Asian woman cried after me. So unless someone convince me of a better idea, I wonder that maybe I will go to Pakistan and spend maybe 6 months, or maybe 12 months, and marry a Pakistani Christian woman, whom I can bring to Thailand, where I can get permission to stay although I have to leave Thailand every month to get new 30 days. If you think this sounds wild, I think the same. I have asked my host who will be most grateful for having the chance of marrying a Pakistani, a Thai woman, or me then he answered Pakistani. I would like to hear your opinion. Please don't publish this on your homepage, and do not publish my email. Maybe I will write something that can be published later. If you happen to know a Christian Pakistani woman who might be interested in me, please give her my email address. Sincerely Torbjørn Kjeka 4363 Brusand Norway I would like to know why my friend Mr. Malik, was denied permission by Pakistani authority to leave Pakistan to go to the Childhoods conference in Oslo in the June/July. I paid 975 NOK for him to the Conference, and also my host paid for his office worker in the Hope Worldwide Pakistan organization, Mr. Sadiq. None of them came. I would like to know why Sincerely Mr. Torbjørn Kjeka Fuglestad N-4363 Brusand Norway
