Blasphemy law Act PPC. 295 to protect minorities life in our country. due to personal enmity and malice, it is noted that above noted law misused against minorities in our society and many time accused killed by fundamentalist religious group such as Manzoor messiah, Yousif etc, before judicial decision which are totally wrong. May be their are false allegation against accused. So, it is critically matter for human being as minority badly suffered in this account and many time actual base of personal enmity, malice and others family matters. So, it must be required to some amendment in this low. Just as take both party including accused and complainants in judicial custody up to final decision if found false allegation on accused other party must be punished according to said law, responsible person must be punished according to said low. Moreover, this is very shame able for our country and us that a bishop spends their life for this act. I think everyone agreed on amendment on said law that on any coast on offence of blasphemy law.
