Response to Rev. Ilyas Mukhta... By Sabir

Dear Bishop Timotheus Nasir, Greetings to you in the precious and Holy Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I did not know that there was something known as Mr. Din's Doctorine. Thanks for bringing that to light. You being a Bishop reflects that you are mature in age, experience and knowledge, theology and Biblical doctorine. I am a very simple person who probably has no value in presence of high protocol personalities of your standing. But with whatever little understanding I have received in my Christian brought up, I know for sure that the Bible and its principles are the same in America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and to the ends of the earth. As believers in Christ we are no long slaves of the law but now because of our intimate relationship with the Lord we do not have to constrain ourselves to obey the law but the law is automatically adopted in us because we yearn to grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ. Nevertheless the law does not becomes obsolete but it makes us aware where our heart is. I, also know that the way you have incorporated by your authority the so called Mr. Din's doctrine, it amuses me because this world has become full of doctrines, denominations, cults and deception. No one can restrict God's Word nor at the same time no one can liberalize God's Word for their own advantage and selfish satanic ambitions. What Bishop Malik says or does not say, what he does and does not do is his problem and the problem of those who elected him to that position. By the way does God have any role in the appointment of Bishops???? I do not know. All I hear is exchange of money from one hand to another, Court cases, desire of power and position. It looks like a mockery of the the whole system. Rt. Rev. Bishop Lord Michael Nazir Ali is the only personality to my knowledge who I have seen to be the most humble person of all, yet I know that people have not spared to thrown dirt upon him too. You talk about Bishop Malik????? Almost every Bishop I have known hardly have any spirituality in them, only ritualim, self-projection, political, full of pride, running after fame and money. Leave alone Bishops even most of the Pastors are like that. I have yet to see a pastor cry in tears for the salvation of God's people except for Rev. Dilshad Alam of Phaldephia. I fail to understand as to how you got the impression that I would be defending Bishop Malik???? I guess, you totally misunderstood my e-mail or I could not make my neutrality clear enough. I am no one to defend anyone because everyone lays down their verdict by their speech and action.. With reference to your e-mail you claim that Bishop Malik does not merit to even be a pastor well in that case you would be aware that many semenary cleared students do not have a heart of a pastor except that they have a way of living and just read, sit, stand and kneel and run a show on sunday no wonder why there is no revival. But on the contarary, if you were to meet an uneducated free lance pastors they know the Word of God like totally memorized from the OT to NT and they have heart for the people and not for riches and glory, big homes and big cars or big reports of achievement and baptisms. I am sorry to say that most pastors do not have heart for the people nor do they have a heart for prayer because I have met Pastors whose ass start hurting sitting and praying for even 1/2 an hour leave alone to expect them to be on their knees for the sheep. It is so very sad that Pastors even lie, steal and do other things and not practice what they preach. Bishop Malik or whoever the so called the Church of Pakistan cannot control anyone. No matter how much power they may get, that may be for their own glory and honor but what goes out of my pocket. If I am not in agreement to what the church does then I have other options and PRAISE GOD that Pakistan is blessed with many many churches that are spirit filled churches where anyone can go and fellowship. You Bishops may control the poor persecuted christians because of your power, money and resources but not eye opened free to make decision people like me and others. WHAT HAS THE CHURCH DONE FOR ME FOR MY 38 YEARS IN PAKISTAN. ZERO nothing. I came to know Lord Jesus in my life throught the ministry of PFES. The church needs to recogonize and appreciate fellowship like Pakistan Fellowship of Evangelical Students where their staff works do not get salary for months yet they make the church strong by ministering to the youth and college students in their churches. And those saved served and give their spare time to the church. I once was a part of the Church of Pakistan and the reason I choose to move away to another church was because I did not see life in there. Most of the money the Church of Pakistan draws is not really from the congregration but I assume more from their properties and other resources. You rendered your apology to me, thank you very much and I guess I too need to render apology to my very blunt and without hesitation comments regarding the issue above. I do not get hurt by you but what hurts me most is the condition of the poor Pakistani Christians who are used by the church but when they need the church then they cannot disturb the afternoon nap of the pastors. I have sat on mud floor churches and seen how God has been glorified and also sat on million dollar churches and seen the system glorifying themselves. How amusing Dear Bishop Nasir, I pray that God will bless you, extend your terrotries and enable you to lay foundations to win souls for the Lord and at the same time also use other Bishops and ministers to do the same. I love and respect all of you and I do ernestly pray that God will bring a great change and revival into the different orginazational church system in Pakistan be it UP or COP. Do excuse my aggressive response but I do speak from my heart and I am honest about it. At the same time my heart is also full of love too. I may be out of Pakistan but my heart is for the Christian brothers and sisters in Pakistan. When I left Pakistan I left with a vision and I pray that one day God will enable me to fulfill that in my life. "Maybe I need to start working on Mr. Din's DOCTORINE" Sorry I am just being funny. God bless. Prayerfully yours in Christ. Sabir.
