Brethren, Prior to 1998, I was just like any other young person basically out just for myself to have a good life and see the world. But after this period, I began to have a deeper relationship with God, which gradually gave me a nwew sense of values. Then, the question arose in me as to the service I could render in return for the gift of my life. I then started ministering to the poor through the church, but still felt unfulfilled, asI didn't seem to have the desired effect. It then dawned on me that I could chammel my energy to focus on orphans,... to build a rehanilitation centre for the them, which amounted $120,000.00 US Dollars. This was basically the inspiration for the Golden Kids Orphanage, and an arm of the God steward assembly, which toold off in in the year 2000 AD, for the purpose of mitigating the emotional, material and spiritual burdens of the underprivileged in our society. The family care Centre started earlier with special emphasis on widows who were helped to trade. We provide them with the goods they preferred to trtade in, and also the initial working capital to start them off. Helpless elderly people were inturn placed on a little allownace paid periodically depending on their peculiar situations. Please, help us for God is love and he that loves Him will show love, to otheres. Your love for otheres is simple a proof that you love God. It is not our holiness attitude of wearing white robes, looking sanctimonous or daily attendance of churches shows one's love for God, but rather the love one is able to give to needy ones around.
