WASHINGTON DC: December 5, 2008. (PCP) The American Friends of Baluchistan announced Friday it will observe solidarity with the 200 victims of the terrorism in Mumbai by organizing a rally to pay tributes to the victims. The rally will be held at the Pakistan Embassy in Washington DC on December 11 at 12 noon. As many 200 people were killed and nearly 300 injured as terrorists held India's commercial capital hostage for three days. The victims belonged to adherents of different religions, including Hindus, Muslims, Jews, Christians and a number of nations including India, U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Australia. The ugly face of terrorism does not differentiate between different beliefs and Nazism and fascism undermines the wellbeing of all humankind. Ahmar Mustikhan appealed to people and leaders from all religious denominations to attend the rally so as to convey to the terrorists their actions run contrary to the interests of humankind and the world is united against them. “The A.F.B. is obliged to hold the rally because the Baluch are being victimized by the very same forces,” Mustikhan said. The address is of the Pakistan embassy is 3517 International Ct NW, Washington DC 20008 and the closest Metro is Van Ness on the Red Line.
