Sialkot (PCP Staff Reporter) Dr. Parvez Iqbal, Chairman of the Pakistan Masiha Party and General Secretary of the Haqiqi Jamhoori Ittehad (True Democratic Alliance), visited Sialkot for organizational purposes as part of his nationwide political tour.
During the visit, he met with Dr. Adil Ghouri and other officials—including journalist Javed Gul, Naseer Khokhar, Roshi Ghouri, John Mahboob, and Dr. L.1 John—at the central office of the Christian Awakening Movement. Detailed discussions were held regarding the political challenges facing Christians in Pakistan, and a consensus was reached to launch a joint struggle to abolish the current selection system for minority seats and restore the electoral system for these seats.
Both parties hold a consensus on many political issues and have agreed to move forward with a joint agenda.
