MIRPURKHAS: The Christian community led by Emmanuel Khokhar held a Christmas peace rally from Ratanabad Railway Crossing to the Press Club, with participation from men, women, youth, and children. Participants carried placards and banners promoting love, tolerance, and harmony, and sang festive songs.
Special guests from the U.S., including Mr. John and Mrs. Sandy, along with Pastor William Sarfaraz from Karachi, attended. At the Press Club, attendees cut a Christmas cake and exchanged gifts, while speakers praised the community’s spirit and emphasized the festival’s message of peace, unity, and humanity.
The rally concluded with prayers for the nation’s safety, peace, and prosperity.
