Liverpool: With due humble submission I am writing this on behalf of Christians’ True Spirit (CTS) United Kingdom I want to urge your attention towards the incident happened in front of me on 25/10/2023. One of my family friend Mrs. Parveen neighbourhood of London called me to help a Pakistani Christian couple namely Mr and Mrs Balaj Babar with their Daughter who is only 1 years old.

Henceforth, when I reached their the couple told me that they claim the asylum on airport but the immigration officer told them to visit the nearest Home Office which is in Liverpool so the couple reached to the home office through taxi and ask the home office to help them in claiming asylum but they refused them and told them to wait till they got the appointment by the home office the couple request them that they have nowhere to go and live at that moment they told them to visit the asylum links and other charity homeless organizations or visit the police station for the help in accommodation when the poor couple reached to the asylum link it was closed and unfortunately when I reach their the couple sitting under the open sky in Liverpool near the asylum link Overton street Wavertree road and the their daughter is badly effected with cold weather she is unable to speak and her parents were crying badly because they couldn’t found any place to keep their daughter. I helped the family and keep them for 1 night at my own house.

Next morning I dropped them again to the asylum link and the asylum link send them to the nearest police station and the police again send them to Whitechapel charity organization but they also refused to keep them furthermore, they approach to the different social care centres nonetheless helped them then they again went to police station . At night I got call from (07890397579) the police officer from Edgehale Liverpool, mercyside police station they requested me to keep the family with me for 1 more night as I am law obedient person I took the family to my home again. Then they got call from Home office for the appointment for 2nd Nov 2023. The young couple requested me to keep

 them with me till the appointment date I keep the family with me just because of the young baby with them.

In this regard I want to question the higher authorities that if something happen to their daughter then who is responsible for that. She is lying under the open sky in the cold weather why they are not helping them. Is this country forgot about the incident of syrain child who was drowned in the sea. This is the violation of human rights.

Kindly it is my humble request that please protect and save the lives of poor asylum seekers the families who are knocking the door for help don’t refuse them they are seeking help don’t let them alone under the open sky.
