Quetta, Pakistan: July 3, 2019. while responding to Manish Rai, Editor, Viewsaround question regarding US state department declaration of BLA as terrorist organisation. Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson Jiyand Baloch said that Baloch and US have a common enemy, the religious extremists that kill US soldiers and the state that helps these religious elements are not only enemies of US but also of Baloch.

Mr Baloch further added that BLA is a moderate, secular and an armed defence organisation. BLA is resisting on its motherland against foreign intruders to protect its people. The international laws allow any person or nation to act in self-defence. US State Department’s ban on BLA is beyond comprehension and unjustified.

It should be noted that United States Department of State added Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) to its Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) list under Executive Order (E.O.) 13224, according to a State Department press release issued on Tuesday.

US has accused Balochistan Liberation Army of targeting Chinese engineers in Balochistan and Gwadar terrorist attack.
