Brick Kiln Bonded Labors Released on court orders

Hyderabad: February 2, 2019. (PCP) The 52 bonded laborers from Brick Kiln facility were released on orders of 3rd Additional Session Judge Hyderabad here today. All these men, women and children were from minority community.

 Advocate Sooba Bhatti who is HFO Coordinator, Advocate Anwer Ali Solangi, Advocate Zahid Hussain Blouch and Advocate Mashooque Ali Khaskheli helped the Brick kiln Bonded Labors and moved applications under section 491 in the honorable court IIIrd Additional Session Judge Hyderabad.

On 31st January 2019 at night SHO PS Baban and SHO PS Rahuki raided at Brick kiln in Tando Hyder and recovered brick-kiln workers including women along with their minor children detained for bonded labour at a brick-kiln, from the illegal detention of the Brick Kilns owners. The owner fled away during the raided of Police.

On 1st Feb 2019, at 10:00 am SHO PS Baban and SHO PS Rahuki Hyderabad recovered and produced the detainees and presented before Honorable Judge where Advocate Sooba Bhatti, Anwer Ali Solangi and Advocate Zahid Hussain Blouch and advocate Mashooque Ali Khaskheli were present there and requested and prayed to release them.

Honorable Judge asked the questions to applicants and the applicants told whole the story and requested to free and provide protection from Owner of Brick Kilns.

Honorable passed order and said you are free and spent your life freely and gave direction to police to provide protection.

During freedom of Brick Kiln workers, they were happy and felt free, no proper cloths on their bodies, no shoes in their feet and minors children were sitting in open sky and had no worm cloths. Now they have no any place to live no food to eat and no warm cloths and shelter.
