Sahiwal, Pakistan: May 22, 2017. (PCP) Attorney Javed Sahotra filed a petition before M.zubair Additional sessions judge sahiwal for liberty of 26 persons including children and females who were detained on brick kiln factory at village 4/10.L Harrapa Sahiwal under illegal detention of Brick kiln owner. The learned judge deputed Javed Akhter reader of the said court as bailiff and ordered him for recovery of 26 persons from illegal detention of the brick kiln owner. Javed Akhter with the help of police raided the brick kiln on May 20, 2017 and recovered all persons from illegal detention of brick kiln owner whom he produced before the court where brick kiln owner reached with his counsel already in the court and Javed Sahotra attorney argued on behalf of all Christians laborer that brick kiln owner was taking bonded labor from these persons and bonded labor abolition act 1992 prohibits all types of bonded labor.The lives of these laborer present in court are in danger on brick kiln if they do not set at liberty . The Learned judge after hearing arguments of both counsels, allowed petition of Javed Sahotra attorney and set free all persons.
