Okara, Pakistan: April 29, 2017. (PCP) Anti-terrorist court Sahiwal summoned peasants who are involved and registered Frist Information Report (FIR) against thousands of peasants under section 7AT Pakistan penal cord and other serious act. Younas Iqbal Founder & Chairman of Anjuman Muzareen Punjab was also present in the court with fifty other peasants. The Lawyer from the peasants was presented in the court and took part in the debate of court trail. He tried to prove that this FIR (cases) is false and not able to trail in the Anti-Terrorist court. The lawyer from the government side was absent since last two dates. The Judge Shabeer Hussain Shah talked to continue his debate about the FIR 370/16 and 374/16. The government lawyer’s views are weak and there is no realty in this matter. The government wants to keep pressure on the peasants due to these false cases. The sitting judge also knew that these FIR (Cases) are not made on realty. The Peasants are cultivating their land from their forefathers. The government claimed that this land belongs to the farm Administration. In fact this land belongs to the Province Government of Punjab. The Judge fixed next date on 4 May, 2017 at 8am for the further proceeding.
