Islamabad: January 17, 2017. (PCP) The blasphemy laws in Pakistan which have been used against Christians since 1991 to end religious freedom and harmony is underway to target Muslim liberal activists who have created pages on social media to criticize powerful establishment of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. As angels rose up within night to register FIR,s against MQM leader and owner of one TV Channel in hundreds of Police Station in different cities of Pakistan in same way one angel approached to one Police Station in Islamabad and applied to register cases under blasphemy law against five Muslim activists who gone missing in first week of this month by unknown people from capital city Islamabad and Lahore. Among missing person is one professor Salman Haider who teaches in a local college in Islamabad while other are social activists Waqas Goraya, Asim Saeed, Ahmad Raza and others who have been managing pages on Facebook pages alleged by one person that it contained inflammatory and blasphemous content. The Chairman Senate of Pakistan Raza Rabbani passed strong condemning comments during proceeding yesterday against USA, UK and other countries which expressed concern on missing person while Chairman assured that Pakistan have capacity to deal with issue of missing persons and foreign intervention is unwanted. There are about 8000 missing persons from Balochistan and Sindh from 2004 but not Senate of Pakistan nor Supreme Court of Pakistan have been able to recover them. The Interior Minister of Pakistan Ch. Nisar Ali assured Senate of Pakistan that missing bloggers will be recovered at earliest last week but none is recovered or produced in any court of law till filing this story but one new issue arises when application is filed to register case against missing persons under blasphemy laws. The blasphemy laws have been targeting Christians in Pakistan to settle scores by extremists Muslims while Christian Colonies, Churches and other Christian properties have been attacked on pretext to blasphemy laws. It is on record that higher courts judges fear to hear cases of Christians arrested on blasphemy charges when it was witnessed that one Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan announced to step down from Bench when hearing of Asia Bibi appeal was starting.
