Dr. Farhad Shahzad Bhatti", given at Barranquilla, Colombia, South America by The Anglican Rite Catholic province of Latin America "The Anglican Church of The Caribbean and New Granada" dated 29 September 2016. We++ Victor Manual Cruz Blanca, by Divine Commission, Archbishop of Anglican Church of The Caribbean and New Granada, Metropolitan the Anglican Rite Catholic Province of Latin America incorporated in The Ministry of Interior, Justice of The Republic of Colombia Number 3554 of 2010. Do present to you. To the Ministry of Interior and Justice and all the Civil Authorities of Pakistan, by this certification of authority. The Right Reverend Dr. Farhad Shahzad Bhatti as President Bishop of "United Anglican Church of Pakistan", Said province being composed of all Pakistan. President Bishop being in possession of our Authorization, Licence, Commision to perform all Acts Episcopal and Sacerdotal, as well as Sacramental, Ministerial, and Administrative as due Anglican Customs of the Church and Spiritual Feeding of Flock of Christ therein committed to his charge may require.
