Faisalabad: September 21, 2016. (PCP) A group of drunken Muslims on September 16, 2016, when started loud unhealthy discussion in front of house of one Christian family of Chak Number 172 GB in vicinity of Samundri city in district Faisalabad of Punjab province of Pakistan, the Christian housewife requested them to move to any other place on which they became furious and attacked men, women and children in house. The drunken Muslim group felt it disrespecting that a Christian woman who is infidel and lower than Muslims have advised them something on which they gathered their more than two dozen Muslim friends equipped with metal rods and sticks and entered in house of Christian woman again and started beating everyone in home. The Muslims were shouting “You sweepers and dirty choora” how you dared to interfere in our happy drinking alcohol party. The Liquor is prohibited in Islam but majority of Muslims in Islamic Republic of Pakistan consumes alcohol and increasing revenue of three billion dollars Liquor Industry. Seven victims were hurt in the incident five of whom were admitted to hospital: Arif Masih aged 48 years, Parveen Akhtar aged 40 years, Zahid Masih aged 35 years, Sharifaan Bibi aged 35 years, Shahzad Masih aged 34 years, Jamaal Masih aged 50 years) and Akram Masih aged 42 years. A notable Christian Professor Anjum James Paul stepped up to help Christian victims of faith and used his influence to register case against Muslim attackers in local police station. Professor Anjum Paul who teaches in local college and runs an NGO named Shadow Organization provided free legal aid to Christian family with support of Mian Waqas ul Haq advocate. In Islamic Republic of Pakistan when Muslim group of youth drinks or take drugs then they move to Christian areas to abuse Christian women and often abduct and gang rape them because Muslim in government offices and police protect Muslim culprits as Christian have no value in their eyes.
