Supreme Council of Pakistani Bishops call on Federal Minister for Human Rights
Lahore: July 19, 2016. (PCP) The Supreme Council of Pakistani Bishops delegation comprising Bishop Dr. FS Bhatti, Bishop Dr. Dominic Javed and Bishop Nasir Samuel and Pastor Shoukat met here on July 18, 2016, with Federal Minister for Human Rights Senator Kamran Michael.
Senator Kamran Michael who is Federal Minister for Human Rights in Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Group PML (N) ruling government was selected by Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan and imposed on Christians as their leader.
The father of Kamran Michael was a leader of Pakistan Democratic Party led by Nawabzada Nusrullah Khan who fought for rights of people of Pakistan and never compromised on principals.
The Bishops discussed burning issues of Christian community with Senator Kamran Michael where Hindu MPA from Punjab was also present.
