Islamabad: April 29, 2016. (PCP) Convener World Minorities Alliance and Organizer Awami Maseeha Party Mr. J Salik said that according to electronic and print media Baldav Kumar planned the brutal murder of Minority Minister KPK Mr. Soran Singh but according to me Election Commission of Pakistan is mainly responsible for this murder because it fault is created just because of selection system for minorities. He said that I am constantly talking about this extremely important issue but nobody considered it and the result is in front of us that we have lost Mr. Soran Singh. He said that Ex. Army Chief Pervaiz Musharaf introduced this Black Law and it was implemented in eighteenth amendment in the constitution and the bill was prepared by present Chairman Senate Mr. Raza Rubani and all the political parties were involved in making this law and this black law was a tragic offense with minorities which pushed minorities into the selection system instead of elections and it became the bone of contention among minorities in Pakistan. He told that the name of Baldav Kumar was next to Mr. Soran Singh in the list of Election Commission of Pakistan so he murdered him to get the seat, it was the nondemocratic and faulty system which forced him to do so, and this mishap could be avoided if minorities had to face elections. J Salik said that Election Commission of Pakistan, Chairman Senate Mr. Raza Rubani and all political parties are involved in the murder of Mr. Soran Sing because we many time mentioned this blunder in the electoral system at every platform but nobody was ready to stand with us at this issue. He said that the full bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided and the decision of 5th August, 2015 should be implemented in the Parliament of Pakistan as soon as possible to avoid more loss of precious lives. Meanwhile, Convener World Minorities Alliance and Organizer Awami Maseeha Party Mr. J Salik strongly condemned the brutal murder of Minority Minister KPK Mr. Soran Singh and said that the murder of Mr. Soran Singh is really a bad incident of Pakistan history. He said that minorities are constantly facing insecurity when it is the prime responsibility of government to make them secure. We are standing with the family of Dr. Soran Singh to demand justice for them.
