Karachi; August 1, 2006. A division Bench of SHC comprising Justice Jalal Usmani and Justice M. Baqar heard the petitions on JWP leaders Salim Baloch, Rauf Sasoli and Saeed Brohi July 31, 2006, and ordered Chief of Military Intelligence to appear before court to present details of detentions.
The Jamhoori Watan Party leaders were picked up my military in month of March from Karachi. The Attorny Noor Naz Agha have filed petition on behalf of three leaders.
Salim Baloch, Vice President of JWP, is also Special advisor to Pakistan Christian Congress and representing Nazir S Bhatti, President PCC, in PCC coordination meetings in Pakistan.
