Sixty Million fraud case of Church property sale against Kamran Michael hearing on December 10th

Rawalpindi: November 16, 2015. (PCP) Allegedly Mr. Kamran Michael Minister for Ports and Shipping in connivance with few others including Mr. Shafiq Masih looted sixty million rupees from Mr. Waqar Ahmeds Khan a property advisor dealing in the business of property. Mr. Waqar has approached Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench for registration of criminal case against the accused persons. The honorable court has call upon the respondents and learned AAG to assist the Court on the matter and the case ICA No. 18/2015 is adjourned to 10th of December 2015. The council for the complainant / petitioner Syed Khawar Ameer Bukhari pleaded that above said group of accused persons including Mr. Michael induced and defrauded huge amount from his client Mr. Waqar on the pretext of sale/lease of Holy Trinity Church, Mall Road, Murree in the beginning of 2013 when Mr. Michael was holding the office of Minister for Minorities. Waqar Ahmed submitted in his complaint that Christian Kamran Michael visited him two times in Taxila in 2013 when he was Federal Minister for Minorities Affair in government of Pakistan to assure that Church Mission in USA have authorized him to sale Church property of Holy Trinity Church Murree.
