(PCP) Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar, Former MPA Sindh and Ex-Chairman Standing Committee on Minority Affairs Sindh Assembly said that Non-Muslims are facing Hardships in Pakistan it is serious matter to be considered by Authorities. He said that Pakistani Government is not taking any Reasonable Action to stop misuse of Blasphemy law, although the Authorities knew that these laws are used for personal grudge personal in-trusts because according to the Biblical teachings no any Christian and do or attempt the Blasphemy. He said a Parish Priest of Nazimabad Mr I B Baksh told that a false case has been registered on 26-09-2014 against one of elderly Christian family Mr. Alfred Joseph and his wife under section 295/B Case no 363/2014. In Fact a Lady belongs to Muslim family come to their house for cleaning etc and Mrs. Alfred Pay her Monthly, But one day Mrs. Alfred realized that some of 50000/Rs is missing and when she was asked she denied and went out in anger, she went along with her husband to the nearest Jamea Mosque and blamed that Mr. and Mrs. Alfred disgrace the holy Quran to torn in pieces. The Imam of Mosque Moulana Abdul Rauf and Haji Abdul Rashid registered a case of Blasphemy without any investigation. They planned to take mob at their home and kill and burn there house. And few days later Mufti Muhammad Haneef Naqshbandi from Jame-a-tu-Hadees and Quran given the Fatwa that the Minimum punishment of the Blasphemy law is death. Meanwhile Judicial Magistrate has issued Arrest warrants of them. Now the most critical situation is that no one of any Advocate want to take there case to go in the Court because all of them are frightened, there are so many examples of murder of the advocate who were proceeding the case of Blasphemy law. He demanded Government of Pakistan to provide protection to the affected families and take serous measures to avoid misuse of blasphemy law.
