The lady administrator Mrs. Ghazala Shafique tried her best to lodge her case but Police denied registration of her FIR (First Information Report) due the involvement of senior police officials in the case, while the Bishops and Partners of the Church of Pakistan started defending and protecting Rev. Sadiq Daniel through false statements and reports; claiming that the allegations of Mrs. Ghazala Shafique are false and baseless. Whereupon the victim Mrs. Ghazala Shafique filed a Constitutional Petition bearing No. 1289/2005 in the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi; wherefrom order was passed to register FIR on her statement. The Investigation Team of six senior police officers; headed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, under the overall supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police re-investigated the case, examined the witnesses i.e. Students and Staff of Brenton Carey Girls Hostel and proved the presence of Rev.
