Pakistan: A deadly roof collapse in Narowal claimed the life of two-year-old Anaya and left several family members seriously injured.
The Global council of Indian Christians (GCIC) appeals for intervention by the civil society to protect the tiny Dalit Christians. GCIC, President, Sajan George have said that eight Christian families are being harassed. They have been prohibited from using the village water, and from purchasing their daily needs from the village shops. The Radicals Hindus have threatened that they would levy a fine of Rs 101($2.20) if one would sell them daily needs. There has been verbal abuse and they are being threatened with physical harm.
The immediate provocation is the refusal of the Christian community to leave Christianity as dictated by the radicals
