(Nazir Siyal) PPP Lawmaker and MNA with armed men in Shahdadkot has occupied property and established petrol pump in 1983 worth 60 million in a constituency of Faryal Talpur and former Chairperson Benazir Bhutto In a press conference, Larkana trader Abdul Waheed Shaikh along with Haji Nisar Ahmed Shaikh told media men that PPP MNA Aamir Ali Magsi and his armed men threatened and occupied early established petrol pump property in constituency of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto at Shahdadkot Qubo Saeed Khan Road by allegedly tempering revenue record with collusion of Mukhtiarkar and Tapedar. Trader prayed that they are the voters of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and now Faryal Talpur as well as the MPA Mir Nader Ali Khan Magsi and MNA Mir Aamir Ali Magsi but since they were threatened and many times asked to leave and sale the property to him. They allegedly occupied Shoib Petroleum Services worth Rs 60 million in Shahdadkot by allegedly tempering revenue record with collusion of Mukhtiarkar and Tapedar told Abdul Waheed Shaikh son of renowned trader Muhammad Ali Shaikh along with social an activist Haji Nisar Ahmed Shaikh. He also told that PPP MNA Aamir Ali Magsi has allegedly occupied on the Petroleum Service situated at Qubo Saeed Khan Road at Taluka/Shahdadkot and their armed men driven out to owners and workers from Petrol pump and influential man is issuing threats of dire consequences. Abdul Waheed Shaih further said that Petrol pump had been established since 1983 with legal documents, Mukhtiarkar Shahdadkot Usman Soomro and concerned Tapedar have tempered in revenue record and illegally changed record by taking huge bribe, he alleged. He said that they had complained to former provincial Minister Mir Nadir Ali Magsi against his brother Mir Aamir Ali Magsi for allegedly occupying on their properties but he did not take any notice, despite of assurance to resolve the issue. He appealed to Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chairman PPP Bilawa Bhutto Zardari, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, MNA Faryal Talpur to take notice of matter, remove the illegal occupation from the petrol pump over a month now and provide them justice. They have also appealed civil society media, Human Rights activists and court Judges, if they failed to get justice they will enlarge their protests on coming Monday.
