SHADE strongly condemns terror attack in Peshawar

Hyderabad: December 19, 2014. (PCP) On 17th December 2014 at 3:00 pm SHADE staged a protest demonstration to condemn the killings of innocent children and teachers in the brazen attack on the Army Public School and College at Peshawar Advocate Sooba Bhatti led the protesters. Christian community Hyderabad ,Chairperson Rukhsana Sooba Society For Human Awareness, Development & Empowerment (SHADE) Maqbool Khokhar G.C (APCL) Mukhtar Gill represented LAMP-Pak, Daniel Jaffer, Waseem Issac & Tariq represented Hope for Broken Hearts , Advocate Bhobat Kolhi protesters , Youth, Children, women, Hindus, Muslims and Christian communities had gathered outside the Hyderabad Press club and joined the protest. A big gathering held a collective ‘Prayers’ for martyrs of the incidents to express solidarity with the victims and prayed that may God give courage and fortitude to bereaved families to bear an irreparable loss. Children, women and activist also held a candle light vigil in the memory of the victims, where they placed flower wreaths, bouquets and rose petals to pay homage to young students and they offered prays for the martyrs. Talking to the gathering Advocate Sooba Bhatti , Mukhtar Gill, Rukhsana Sooba , Maqbool Khokhar,Daniel Jaffer , Advocate Bhobat Kohli said “the tragic incident is a horrendous reminder of barbarity and heartlessness which is the hallmark of terrorist. Yet such incidents can not weaken the resolve of a nation”. He said “Nation turns such tragedies into their strength and go on fighting with greater zeal and more courageous determination. Today we stand committed to root out this menace of terrorism from our land once for all”.
