Writer and poet of peace Dr. Stephen Gill has been appointed as Dean of Creative Writing and Peace Studies at Marquess College, London, England, by its principal Professor Dr. John Kersey. Both Professor Kersey and Dr. Gill have been involved with Ansted University and the World University, and met at the Ansted Annual Conference in London, England in 2004. For years, Dr.Stephen Gill represented the World University (USA) as its chief delegate for Canada. Marquess College is an independent British educational institution that offers professional diploma qualifications through the flexible and modern methods of distance learning, using email, fax, regular post and telephone. The route to an award is designed to be efficient, economical and professionally focussed.
