Writer and poet of peace Dr. Stephen Gill has been appointed as Dean of Creative Writing and Peace Studies at Marquess College of London, England, by its principal Professor Dr. John Kersey. Professor John Kersey, Ph.D. notes that both have been involved with Ansted University and also the World University and met at the Ansted Annual Conference in London, England in 2004. For years, Dr. Stephen Gill represented the World University (USA) as its chief delegate for Canada. Marquess College is an independent British educational institution that offers diplomas through flexible and modern methods of distance learning, using email, fax, regular post and telephone.
