PCP joins the voice of Mehwish Rashid in her own comments" I was elected as a general secretary couple of months ago in Pakistan Christian League of Pakistan in PA, to serve my people and other fellow Christians who have been accused for their religion not only in their own society and domestic level but also wide spread. We are trying to work for all the persecution that has occurred or is still in process in various parts of Pakistan. Minorities have always been in less power and this League. On February 20, 2006 Once again the height of terrorism has shown devaluing characters of those who are least bothered for mankind and much worried about the differences. When religion starts to make a big role in a country, things should either be re-done in order to bring back the initial peace of universally or some additional avenues should be granted for those who are the innocent victims of these social and political destructions! I raise my voice on behalf of all Pakistani youth that has been seriously astonished once again after the Sangla Hill's incident and we call our leaders attention to deal this issue with a key word call "Justice". Every single victim should be consoled and we plan on offering all our prayers or any social/financial help that can possibly bridge some distance on all what they have lost. Religion should not be playing such a harmful role for our minorities in PK. Matter of fact people should oblige each other as humans rather than the sects and the cults they belong from. We look forward on bringing back the peace which we have lost in past few decades. I, on behalf of my family, and my League, would like to condemn on all what has recently disturbed all my fellow brothers and sisters. I assure all the victims that difference often is powerful to bring a positive change. We can be helpless for the time being, but don't be hopeless!
