New Delhi: August 10, 2013. (PCP) Vishwa Hindu Parishad (Delhi State) today stage a protest against the barbaric attacks on Hindus in Kishtwar District of Jammu and Kashmir at J&K House Prithviraj Road New Delhi. Addressing the protestors Shri Satyendra Mohan State General Secretary of VHP said that the Jihadist have calculatingly been allowed a free run. Especially all these have happened in the presence of the Home Minister of J&K Mr. Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo which is why no action what so ever was taken by the police there, instead the administration was seen to be on the same page as the extremists. No arrests have also taken place till this time. Moreover he added that Hindus across the country stand behind their Kashmiri Hindu brothers and if government will not take stern action against the jihadist elements then it Hindu Samaj of the country will come to streets to protest. General Secretary demanded that the entire Jammu and Kashmir region should be handed over to the care of the defence forces.
Speaking at the protest Shri Manish Rai Co-Spokesperson VHP Delhi said the administration is instead threatening the minority Hindus who are the victims of this violence to keep mum and tolerate everything otherwise they would be compelled to vacate Kishtwar and this will not be tolerated and if required Bajrang Dal will march towards Kistwar to help Hindus. Shiv Kumar State Convenor Bajramg Dal said that form last couple of months the morale of Jihadists and separatist is very high which is clear after they target the Baba Amaranth Yatra and attacked BSF campin Ramban and government should crush these elements with iron fist otherwise Kashmir will again be seen in flames.
Many VHP office bearers including- Shri Rampal Singh State Sectary, Shri Deepak Kumar StateVice-President, Shri Brijmohan Sethi State Vice-President, Rajesh Tala StatePublic Relation In charge were present in the protest.
