ISF to protest against SPSF on Sunday in Sindh

KARACHI: July 5, 2013. (Nazir Siyal) Indus Social Forum (ISF) announced to province wide protests and demos on Sunday before all Press Clubs of Sindh districts against Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSF) announcement for combined competitive examinations (CCE) under the limit age at 28 years for candidates. ISF in a press release issued here on Saturday, condemned SPSF decision and said that it is a nepotism and touching the corruption pinnacles, because the announcements for other provinces like Punjab, the age limit is up to 35 years, but Sindh government after heavy corruption within five years and disparity during the PPP government is clear neglecting the youth of Sindh. ISF said that the rampant hierarchy of SPSF is clear corruption to the core and pulling Sindhi youth to the complete dejection and injustice. ISF has said that it is a silent call for the knocking the doors of officials concerned to denounce the decision of SPSF. ISF has decided to protest demonstrations by all civil society, students and Inqalabi Indus Council Members of Sindh before the district press clubs of Sindh against the 28 years age limit. On the occasion, SPFS has announced 45 posts of Assistant Commissioner, 76 posts of Section Officers, 12 posts of Excise and Taxation Officers, 24 posts of Mukhtiarkars, 18 posts of Labour Officers, 4 posts of Assistant District Food Controller and several others.
