Karachi: April 5, 2013. (PCP) The three more Christian parties joined Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and announced to boycott election 2013, demanding Election on reserved seats for minorities and women in parliament instead of Selection by Muslim political groups here today. The leaders of Christian National Movement Pakistan CNMP, Masiha Millat Party MMP and MASS rejected Selection system and demanded Dual Voting Right to enable Election on reserved seats and joined Boycott of Election 2013, being held under Joint Electorate. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said in a statement issued from Central Secretariat of PCC that Christians will announce program on April 10, 2013, to Boycott Election 2013, that how 20 million Christian in Pakistan will observe May 11, 2013, the day of election. Nazir Bhatti said that Pakistan Christian Congress PCC with its allied parties will announced dates when first pamphlet to boycott elections will be distributed in every city of Pakistan to aware Christian voters about Selection system and not to vote to any Muslim political party candidate in their constituencies of National Assembly and Provincial assembly. The boycott strategy on polling day on May 11, 2013, will be announced on April 10, 2013, but PCC have urged to start “Social Boycott” of Christians who have filed their nomination in Election 2013 on reserved seats which will be held under unconstitutional Selection system as Election Commission announces final list of candidates on April 7, 2013. “Christian may not permit to enter in their homes to Christians candidates who have filed nomination on reserved seats under this Selection system when they come to campaign for Muslim parties in their colonies to seek for voting to Muslims” added Nazir Bhatti Nazir Bhatti said that PPP, PML (N), PML (Q), PML (F), MQM, ANP and other Muslim parties are hungry of Christian vote bank but not sincere in their voting right to elect their leadership in parliament. “The Supreme Court of Pakistan, Election Commission of Pakistan and Armed Forces of Pakistan are using election 2013, for Islamization of Pakistan to curb freedom of expression and speech and to damage true ideology of Pakistan laid by founder of Pakistan but Christian will not be part of this conspiracy” said Nazir Bhatti PCC Chief urged other Christian groups to join Pakistan Christian Congress PCC Campaign to boycott election 2013, to safe identity of Christian nation in Pakistan.
