Lahore: March 26, 2013. (PCP) The Pakistan Minorities Teachers Associatian PMTA Chairman Professor Anjum James Paul in a letter to Secretary Education (School Wing) Govt. of the Punjab has demanded Substitute Arrangements For Conducting The Grade 9 And Grade 10 Examinations For The Victimized Students Of The Joseph Colony Lahore.
Professor Anjum Paul said that tragic incident of Joseph Colony Lahore in which miscreants not only burnt the churches, Holy Bibles, 178 houses after looting but also caused a severe damages with the fate of the Christian students as well who were appearing in the examinations conducted by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore.
PMTA wrote same appeals to Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore, Governor Punjab, Governor’s Secretariat ,Lahore and Caretaker Chief Minister, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Lahore demanding that there must be immediate special arrangements to conduct the examinations for the victim students so that there may not be loss of their precious academic year.
