Toronto: March 12, 2013. (PCP) International Christian Voice strongly condemns the vandalism of the monument of Martyr Shahbaz Bhatti. This monument was built in Islamabad in the place where Martyr Shahbaz Bhatti was assassinated to remember and honour his great sacrifice. When people were setting houses on fire in Joseph Colony in Lahore, at the same time people were also destroying the monument of our leader. This is a act of hate against the minorities of Pakistan that can not and should not be tolerated. We ask the government of Pakistan to do whatever it can to ensure the protection of our people, our houses and our honour The people of Pakistan need to have respect for leaders who gave their life for the same country that extremists are now trying to destroy.
