Karachi: November 30, 2012. (PCP) The FIR No. 569/2012 was lodged in PS Mehmoodabad, against M/s. Kashif Khalid, Peter Qadir, Felix, Irfan Jehangir, Sabir Iqbal, Aslam Laazar and others and nominated them by impersonating themselves and posing as Board of Directors of YMCA and sold out the YMCA Primary School situated at Double Road, Kashmir Colony, Karachi. In this case, Mr.Chaudhary Zafar, Sub Inspector Mehmoodabad Police Station was the enquiry officer who was conducting the enquiry on the above matter. Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar, the complainant expressed his no confidence and said Enquiry Officer is not impartial and is biased and mentioned in his appeal lodged with District Session Judge South and the same was rejected by the Session Judge South. In this respect, Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar filed Criminal Revision Application No 52/2012 in the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh. The Hon’ble High Court of Sindh was pleased to pass an order dated 18-10-2012 and directed the Deputy Inspector General Police Investigation Branch South Zone Karachi which is reproduced: allow the investigation to be conducted in a fair manner and if the accused persons nominated in the FIR, feel aggrieved, they may approach to competent. “In view of the above, it seems to be more appropriate to allow the investigation to be conducted in a fair manner and if the accused persons nominated in the FIR, feel aggrieved, they may approach to competent forum and seek appropriate relief, even for quashment of such FIR or quashment of the proceedings of such case. Consequently, this Criminal Revision is hereby allowed and the respondent No.1 is directed to depute some responsible police officer to complete the investigation of Crime No.569/2010 fairly and submit his report before the concerned Magistrate for disposal according to the law. Needless to say that in case the FIR is proved false during such investigation, the action may be taken against the complainant in accordance with law”. Beside the aforesaid enquiry, Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar said that Mr. Khalid Mehmood Malik, Peter Qadir, Felix, Sabir Iqbal, Babar Khalid Malik, Irfan Jehangir, Kashif Khursheed, Kashif Khalid, Victor, Khurram Edward passed a resolution dated 03-09-2012 for operation of YMCA Accounts No.(1) Current Account No. 6984-42, (2) Saving Account No. 20386-5 and (3) Saving Scheme YMCA No. 20385-7 and fragrantly violated the order dated 30-08-2012 of the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh in CP No.3073/2012 filed by Saleem Khursheed Khokhar, wherein the Nazir of the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh was directed that charge should not be given to the above named directors. Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar expressed serious concern that the above named directors are repeatedly flouting the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh and roaming scot-free. Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar informed that he would file application / contempt of proceedings against the above named violators.
