London: 28th November 2012. (PCP) Shariah4Pakistan would like to declare the following:
1. We declare that Zardari and his government are an apostate regime, who are enemies of Islam and Muslims; this is primarily due to their support of the Crusaders’ Armies i.e. American, British etc. against the Muslim Mujahideen (namely the Taliban) and also their implementation of man-made (non-Islamic) laws, thereby violating the sanctity of Allah (SWT) as the only Legislator.
2. We declare that the only system which Muslims will ever accept in Pakistan (and anywhere else) is that of the Shari’ah (Islamic law), where sovereignty and supremacy belong solely to Allah (SWT) and where authority belongs to the Muslims.
There can only be one Khalifah (Islamic State) worldwide, whose role will include to annex all occupied Muslim land and remove all obstacles in the way of the global domination of Islam (Izhar ud-Deen).
3. We declare that all munkar (evil) in Pakistan must be removed immediately. This includes the selling and buying of alcohol, the free-mixing, the culture of Bollywood, the prohibited culture of the non-Muslims which is broadcast via various media outlets, the usury, the bribery, the promiscuity etc…
4. We declare that the founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah was in fact a traitor and an enemy of Islam and Muslims, who divided the Muslims of India on the directions of his British masters and subsequently became a wicked obstacle to the implementation of the Shariah in the Indian subcontinent.
By agreeing to the partition of India and supporting the creation of Pakistan, Jinnah also gave away a large portion of Muslim land to the Hindus, which is prohibited under Islamic law.
It should also be noted that Jinnah continued to implement kufr (non-Islamic) laws after the creation of Pakistan, violating all promises made to Muslims that he would implement the Shariah during his tenure in the Pakistan movement. Even after Jinnah’s death, the Shari’ah has never been practically implemented in Pakistan and only superficial references to the Qur’an and Sunnah are made in its constitution.
5. We urge the Muslims of Pakistan to rise up and take what is rightfully theirs i.e. the authority, from the oppressive Zardari regime. Muslims should reject Democracy altogether and insist only on obeying one Khalifah (leader of the Islamic state) worldwide and call for the implementation of the Shariah in Pakistan.
The problems of Muslims in Pakistan will never be solved under the current system of Democracy that has been left in place by the Western Crusaders and followed faithfully by their puppet rulers.
The world has witnessed the Arab spring which brought to an end the tyranny of oppressive leaders such as Gaddafi and Mubarak. It is now time for the Muslims in Pakistan to rise against the corrupt regime and to deliver the authority to those who will establish the Khilafah (Islamic State).
6. We declare that the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) is the only example for us to follow in all spheres of life, therefore our treatment of all non-Muslims will also be according to the Sunnah (sayings, actions and consent) of Prophet (SAW).
Hence the non-Muslims in Pakistan such as the Qadianis, Sikhs, Hindus, Christians and Jews must pay the Jizya and in return their life and wealth will be protected. They will be citizens of the Khilafah (Islamic State) and will have their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter met.
In return they will never raise their voice against any aspect of Islam and they will honour the Muslims and abide by the Shari’ah in public.
7. We declare that the Pakistani Army and other security agencies (such as the ISI, Police, Rangers, Frontier Corps etc.) of Pakistan who fight against Muslims in tribal areas and Swat, or who arrest and hand over Muslims to the US, or who torture the Muslims or who provide bases to the Crusaders’ armies (American, British etc.) or who guard the Crusaders’ (American, British etc.) supply routes to Afghanistan, have apostatized from Islam. Allah (SWT) says clearly in the Qur’an:
‘Those who ally with them (the disbelievers, Kuffar) are one of them’ [EMQ 5: 51].
If any such individual is killed whilst fighting for the sake of the Crusaders, he or she must not be given an Islamic burial, but rather be treated as a traitor and apostate.
8. We urge every person working in the Pakistani media to stop spreading lies, confusion and disinformation about Islam, Muslims, the Mujahideen and the Shariah.
The days are not far away inshaa’allah (God willing) when Pakistan will be under the control of the Muslims who will be implementing the Shariah under the Khilafah system.
Media personnel should be very careful with whatever they say on record as they will be asked to justify their statements, should any complaint be levied against them in a Shariah Court.
9. We declare that the case of Malala Yousafzai has been exploited by the Pakistani regime in order to further their own evil agenda. Muslims believe in Islamic education for all citizens, including girls.
Moreover after investigation, Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad did not find any evidence to declare that Malala Yousafzai has apostatized from Islam; rather any inappropriate statements which she may have expressed are not surprising, as the secular nature of the Pakistan regime, its education system and a decade of allying with the US regime are causing a negative impact on the minds of Muslim children in Pakistan.
