LARKANA: November 23, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) About 300 people of Hindu Panchait Community will throng Lahore to attend the celebrations of Guru Nanak by Special Train here from Larkana on Saturday.
Premchand the spokesman of Hindu Panchait Committee told that a large number of followers of Guru Nanak yearly attend the celebrations from different parts of Sindh, so that on Saturday, 300 men, women and children delegation will travel on Special trains service here from Larkana on 11:00 am.
He further told that the community people, business community and the citizens will see-off the delegate at Railway Station Larkana.
Meanwhile, the activity regarding the International Children’s Day was celebrated here at the different remote areas of flood hit district of Kamber-Shahdadkot an NGO Right To Play.
On the occasion, 352 children of various schools among most affected in flood Tehsil Qubo Saeed Khan here at Government Girls Primary Sschool Qubo Saeed, highlighted the importance of children education and their basic rights on the eve of International Children Day.
The children took actively participated in different healthier activities and demonstrations about the basic rights of children, 352 Children also participated in different presentations and tablos, child role plays and the activities presented about the work of Right To Play RBCP objectives.
The event chaired by SDEO Mahmood Brohi, District Coordinator RTP Tariq Hussain along with their teachers and parents, the event participants appreciated the efforts of Right To Play on the occasion.
They also highlighted the role of RTP in developing life skills of the children and making schools a friendly for innocent children, where they participate and learn.
