Karachi: November 17, 2012. (PCP) The Executive Central Council of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has approved nomination of Mr. Zeeshan William as a Member of Punjab Council of PCC here today in a special meeting. Mr. Zeeshan William is a prominent Human Right activist and has special interests in socio-economic uplift of Christian in Pakistan. The nomination of Mr. William has brought total of 2 nominated seats in Punjab Council of PCC while 9 more council seats will be filled before national general convention of PCC in Lahore in 2013. The delegates of PCC District Councils, Divisional Councils and Provincials Councils will participate in National General Convention of PCC in 2013, to adopt new constitution and to elect new PCC leadership in a democratic way. There is none of any Christian any Christian political party in Pakistan to follow true democratic means in electing its leadership except Pakistan Christian Congress. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of PCC, Mr. Raymond Durrani, President of Canadian Chapter of PCC, Mr. Parvez Iqbal, President of Holland Chapter of PCC, Mr. Clarence Anthony, Central Information Secretary of PCC, Ms Ruhama Ambreen Shah, President of Lahore Women’s Wing of PCC and Mr. Sardar Mushtaq Gill Advocate, President of Lahore PCC have congratulated Mr. Zeeshan William on his nomination as Member Punjab Council of Pakistan Christian Congress.
