BSO-NA Welcome H.E Ambassador Eileen's remarks on Balochsitan at UNHRC meeting

WASHINGTON, D.C: November 2, 2012. (PCP) Dr. Wahid Baloch, President of Baloch Society of North America (BSO-NA), Welcomed Her Excellency Ambassador Eileens Donahoe remarks on Balochistan situation but said that they are not enough as the Baloch people demands from the United States and International community to physically intervene in Balochistan to save lives of Baloch people and end the illegal and unjust occupation of Pakistani and Iranian occupied Balochistan. "Balochistan was never a part of Pakistan or Iran but was an independent sovereign state and was forcefully occupied by these two terrorist Islamic state against the will and consent of Baloch people. It is the duty of United States and the international community to help Balochs to re-gain their freedom against the occupiers", he said. "Balochs are fighting for their freedom from the day one against the occupiers of their land and exploitation of their resources by Pakistan and Iran. They will not settle for anything less than the Independence and re-unification of their land, Balochistan," said Dr. Baloch. He asked the Obama Administration to direct the State Department and CIA to reach out to Baloch freedom fighters and help them in their fight for freedom and justice. "We believe that a free independent democratic Balochistan is in the best interest of the larger cause of liberty, human rights, and democracy in the region. It, will, not only help defeat the Taliban and Al-Qaida terrorists, but will also weaken Pakistan’s and Iran’s ability to export terror, and keep China off of Gwadar and Persian Gulf", he argued
