School Children observe Global Dignity Day

LARKANA: October 18, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Larkana chapter organized gathering to paying rich tributes to the martyrs of Karsaz tragedy here at the mausoleum at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto on Thursday. On the occasion, the workers and leaders of PPP recited holy Quran and offered Fateha at the graves of martyrs at Karsaz graveyard near Bhutto mausoleum in Garhi Khuda Bux, they also showered rose petal on the graves of Karsaz martyrs on the occasion. The party leaders and workers on the occasion paid rich tributes to the martyrs of Karsaz tragedy in Karachi on October 18, 2008. The party workers also visited the Mazar of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, PPP founder Z. A Bhutto and offered Fateha for the Bhutto family. On the occasion, PPP workers and leaders among led by Aijaz Ahmed and others chanted slogans of President Asif Ali Zardari and PPP MPAs in Sindh Assembly and expressed solidarity on Sindh people’s government Ordinance, they also said it will be a fruitful for the province and this ordinance will bring the change in the province he said. Meanwhile, Right To Play an NGO organized a “Global Dignity Day” with school children here at different schools of Kamber-Shahdadkot district. According to details, organization is working with 160000 children and young community about in Khyber-Pakhtunkhuwa and Sindh districts at remote areas regarding the capacity development and trainings as well as coaching in 10 districts among Kamber-Shahdadkot. On the occasion, the school children in village Hetam Sohu celebrated Global Dignity Day and presented their skills by cricket and other sports activities. District Coordinator Right To Play Tariq Asad at Kamber Shahdadkot @ Kamber told this scribe that 300 girls and boys received trainings as coach and 520 among working as RTP coach in the schools in the remote areas he said.
