Karachi: October 16, 2012. (PCP) Saleem Khurshed Khokhar, MPA Sindh, Chairman Standing Committee on Minorities Affairs and President All Pakistan Minorities Alliance Sindh visited the house of Brine and Rubina Brine situated at Sui Southern Gas Company Staff Colony, University Road, Karachi. Mrs. Rubina Brine is employee of Sui Southern Gas Company and her son brine has been accused of blasphemy against which the Police has registered an FIR on malafide intention. Mr. Brine is not only accused of blasphemy Under Section 295-C but he has been booked Under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1957 as well Section 25 of Telegraph Act, 1925 by the P. S. Mubina Town. It is pertinent t note that the age of Brine is only 16 years and he does not possess CNIC Card, therefore, there is no cell phone SIM on his name. He has not committed any act of terrorism of Blasphemy but has been falsely involved in this case. Since he and his mother Rubina Brine are living in House No. T-4/7 Sui Southern Gas Company Staff Quarters, University Road, Karachi, there household furniture and other articles have been burnt along with Christian religious holy books. The deprive of the burnt articles in front of their house is still lying there but P. S. Mubina Town Police Authorities have not registered any case or FIR against the persons who burnt their house hold articles and Christian Religious Books in front of their house. Instead the Police registered a case of Blasphemy and Terrorism against innocent 16 years old boy, as the police is bias and prejudice and registered once sided against Brine. Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar stressed that none of the Christians could ever think of Blasphemy against the Prophet (P. B. U. H) but this is only to take revenge and to terminate Mrs. Rubina Brine the mother of Brine from service 295-C has been imposed with malafide intention. It is pertinent to mention here that Mrs. Rubina Brine has not committed any offence but it has been given to understand that the officers concerned of Sui Southern Gas Company are manipulating to terminate her services from Sui Southern Gas Company. It is also important to mention here that Section 295-B and 295-C is hanging sword on Christian Community to settle personal scores, to take Qabza of valuable properties or their lucrative jobs and such the Christians are falsely involve in such cases time and again.
