LARKANA: October 11, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) Sindh Law Minister Ayaz Soomro has criticized the Nationalists and the opponent political parties defying the SPLGO due to their wicked approach and double standard policies against the rulling PPP, we challenge them for open dialogue. Addressing the first Press Conference in a high level security at Circuit House Larkana after hand grenade attacks on residences of PPP Ministers and parliamentarians, Law Minister Sindh said that they should protest peacefully but their illegal actions will be faced legal actions against all Nationalists and thier supporters, if they will barged any illegalities Ayaz said. Ayaz Soomro warned the Nationalists that they want bloodshed in the motherland but they will not succeed in their nephrious designs against the democractic government and PPP will complete its tenure he said. He further said that they will also prortest like a hanging the bangles and they will do the same at Hyder Mazil, but they respect G. M Sayed, who also passed first resolution of Pakistan during the independence. He said about Rasool Bux Paleejo wanted a Senatorship but the PPP will offer the same to his basic worker he said. Ayaz Soomro highlighted that CrPc is under the federal government powers and all concerned powers deligate very clearly in the Sindh peoples local government Ordinance (SPLGO), there is no any superiority of the Mayor in Karachi or without the consent of concerened Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners as well the revenue orders as accordingly. He said they will not rebut to show their evil actions due to their illegalities, because their struggle believe in the democracy and will of the masses, if they want to participate in forthcoming election there is an open ground for them to come and participate peacefully. Soomro further said that PPP believe in true democracy and the bombs and other portrait burning threats will not bend them to wave-off their struggle, adding that the nationalists should remain calm and show their strength peaceful protests not by any threats of blasts, which could harm the Sindhi population their and we all parliamentarians are Sindhis also. Sindh Law Minister Ayaz Soomro said that they have proofs in CCTV camerafootage at Chief Minister House of our opponent political parties among Pakistan Muslim League (F), Awami National Party (ANP), Pakistan Muslim League (Q), Jamiat Ulami Islam (JUI) and others, they have assured about the SPLGO before the submission to Sindh Governor and in Sindh Assembly session, adding that they have not spoke against the SPLGO in Sindh Assembly, which was unanimously accepted. He was charged on the occasion and criticized Takht Lahorities politicians, that they have not accepted the Z. A Bhutto and present democractic struggle of PPP will never bent upon their conspiracies and complete its tenure he said. Law Minister Muhammad Ayaz Soomro has challenged to Leaders of Nationalist organizations to debate him on every section of newly passed bill of SPLGO while the peaceful protests and demonstration is constitutional right of every citizen but no one will be allowed to take illegal steps. Soomro strongly condemned the coward attacks on houses of MPAs he said miscreants planted bombs on his residence and Speaker Sindh Nisar Ahmed Khuhro but local Police timely recovered and defused them he added that culprit has been arrested red handed who has confessed the crime . He said PPP will complete its 5 year term by dynamic leadership and political vision of President Asif Ali Zardari opponent should wait for next general election which will be held on March 2013. On the occasion DIG Larkana Abdul Khaliq Shaikh, Commissioner Larkana Dr Saeed Magnejo, Deputy Commissioner Larkana Assadullah Abro, Vice Chancellor SMBBMU Larkana Pro Akbar Haider Soomro, SSP Larkana Javed Jiskani, SSP Shikarpur, SSP Jacobabad and other officials were present.
