Respected Prime Minister sahib The serial blasts in Delhi have shattered life's of hundred of families. Numerous children have become orphans because of the crime of the insane mindset of few terrorists. One of the victims is Master Rahul Kochar aged 14 & Son of Late Mr. Ramesh & Sushma Kochar. His mother was an Income Tax official who was allotted a flat by the Department at R.K.Puram. With the death of both parents, the only child needs all help and care. It is feared that with the death of his mother the department may ask him to vacate the flat allotted to his mother. He is studying in a school located nearby to his home. I earnestly request you that the flat may be allotted in his name till he completes his studies and National Foundation for Communal Harmony may be directed to take care of his studies and that of other children like him who have lost their parents in the blasts. A special package may also be announced for the orphans of the blasts so that a strong message goes that the Nation strongly cares for the victims of the anti national forces. With warm personal regards Navaid Hamid General Secretary, MOEMIN Member, National Integration Council
