Saleem Baloch to be a Special Advisor to PCC Chief Nazir S Bhatti in Pakistan

Karachi: October 3, 2012. (PCP) A Prominent Baloch leader and former Vice President of Jamhoori Watan Party JWP when Nawab Mohammad Akber Bugti was President will again act from today as Special Advisor to Dr. Nazir S Bhatti in Pakistan to oversee the important constitutional issues facing Pakistan Christian Congress. Saleem Baloch acted as Special Advisor to Dr. Nazir S Bhatti in Pakistan after his exile to USA and kept PCC registration in order with Election Commission of Pakistan, signing necessary legal documents on his behalf in Pakistan from 1997 till 2003. After killing of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti, his lieutenant Saleem Baloch was among missing leaders for which Dr. Nazir S Bhatti campaigned in USA along with other Baloch leaders and he was set free by Pakistani agencies after four years. Dr. Bhatti hailed services of Saleem Baloch for Pakistan Christian Congress and Christians of Pakistan as true friend and hoped that he will guide our fresh team of PCC in negotiations and meetings with main political parties of Pakistan. Saleem Baloch is based in Karachi and involved in human right issues as a Civil Society activists leading faction of Jamhoori Watan Party JWP. Saleem Baloch will be coordinator among PCC and Muslim political parties for cordial relations among Christian and Muslim political activists. Saleem Baloch will also be responsible to issue press releases and policy statements on behalf of Dr. Nazir S Bhatti to Pakistani print and electronic media after consultation with local PCC leadership.
