Sahiwal, Pakistan: October 1, 2012. (By Ashiknaz Khokhar) On September 28, Regional Youth of Sahiwal conducted a youth training seminar. The theme of the seminar was "Educating Youth In Justice And Peace".
There were more than 200 boys and girls participants of different churches from Central Punjab.Fr. Khalid Rasheed Assi (Director) facilitated the youth on the topic. He briefly explained the reason of the seminar and need of this core issue to educate our Christian youth. He also clarified that peace cannot prevail until justice being done.
Fr. Martin summed up the whole program and encouraged the youth groups of different cities for their interest, time and resources which they spent from their own pocket money.
This seminar was held in Okara city that is 30 KM far away from Sahiwal. There were 8 members of Active Youth Group Participated in this seminar.
