Lahore: September 27, 2012. (PCP) The Bhagat Singh memorial committee Pakistan met here in Lahore yesterday to finalise the arrangements of the birthday celebration of Bhagat Singh on 28th September.
A seminar on Bhagat Singh life will be held on 28th September at Dayal Singh Auditorium on Nisbat Road Lahore on Friday at 3pm. prominent experts on Bhagat Singh and political personalities will speak on the occasion. They include Dr Ihsan Karim direct Dayal Singh research and culture society, Yousaf Baluch chairman National Trade Union Federation,Farooq Tariq, member Labour Party federal executive committee, Mirza Zain ul Abdin chairman Peoples Democratic Front, Dr Khalid Javed Jan, prominent revolutionary poet, Irfan Choudry president National Student Federation. Nasir Naqvi chairman All Pakistan Newspapers Employees Confederation,(APNEC)will chair the seminar.
Ajoka Theatre will perform on the occasion and will show its documentary on Bhagat Singh.
Later, at 5.30, a birth day cake will be cut at Bhagat Singh Chouck (Shadman Chouck) to celebrate Bhagat Singh birth day. He was born in a village of Jaranwala in Lyallpur district, on 28 September 1907.
Indian delegation of 32 Persons belonging to various field of life arrived & warmly received to join the seminar.
