Samundri, Pakistan: September 21, 2012. (PCP) Social Harmony Awareness and Development of Women (SHADOW) Organization held a protest rally to condemn the derogatory film on the Prophet of Islam on September 21, 2012 Samundri, district Faisalabad. Christians and Muslims condemned the film on this occasion. They said that this is a conspiracy to destroy peace and interfaith harmony. The speakers demanded that the derogatory film must be banned and removed from Google and the United Nations must play her role for the legislation of respecting religions and the prophets. Christianity and Islam both are the religions of peace but it is so sorry that some individuals are destroying the peace of the world. We must all be united as we are united today to defeat the nefarious designs who want unrest through their activities. At the protest rally Professor Anjum James Paul, Director SHADOW Organization, Father Javed Younas, Pastor Younas Jalal, Pastor Robin, Maulana Abu Bakr, Dr. Albert Sahotra, Rafiq Masih Advocate, Rana Muhammad Iftikhar and Mian Fahim Akhtar expressed their views. The participants of the rally dispersed peacefully.
