(PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President, Pakistan Christian Congress Holland Chapter, Journalist and Poet in his appeal to the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan, President of Islamic Republic Pakistan and Federal Minister of Law and Religious affairs has demanded the day to day and speedy trial against satanic character Maluvi Khalid Jadoon who is direct accused of violation of Blasphemy Laws. No favor or mercy is meant for him. Mr. Iqbal further added that the days in detention of minor girl Rimsha Masih involving in a concocted case by Maluvi Khalid Jadoon never be brought back and nothing can exchange how she and her family as well as the Pakistani Christians spent these days in tension, troubles and fears.
Now we want to see how the justice and judiciary is neutral and common for every citizen of Pakistan beyond religious and position boundaries. Judgment after full filling all legal steps according to the criminal procedure codes of Pakistan be brought open to all mankind around the globe to see these Blasphemy laws will be dealt without any difference of Mahmood and Ayaz.
Adding to his Appeal, Mr. P. Iqbal, demanded immediate withdrawal of false case against Rimsha Masih and her release with all honor and respect after assurance of all protection for herself and family. Since Rimsha Masih is mental vulnerable girl, her treatment is taken on Government expenses and Rimsha be sent to abroad for complete healing.
